After taking some time away from releasing music, Rebekka Louise is emerging with a new and fresh sound. Tapping into raw and untouched feelings, there is no sugarcoating with ‘Breathing Poison’.

About Rebekka Louise:
Norwegian-born Rebekka Louise is an artist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Currently based in London, UK, she is finishing her Postgraduate in Music Production. Originally a performer and songwriter, Rebekka blended her love for production with her experience as a performing artist into a perfect marriage as a self-producing artist. Entering a new chapter, she is exploring the gritty and darker emotions of friendships and relationships. Rebekka is striving to portray real, and at times direct sentiments balanced with intricate productions bathing in electronic synths and percussions.

About 'Breathing Poison:
The song is an exclaim to release any pent-up emotions from those 'I really don't like you right now' moments. Rebekka stated that the song was inspired "by a friendship that was nearly ruined due to other people casting judgement and poisoning their opinions of each other." The song is a reminder to trust yourself and not always rely on others’ expectations and opinions – and as a plea to talk with and trust those you love, and not judge based upon what others claim.
What I think of the song:

The song has a electric-synthetic instrumental, & has a deep meaning and the story behind the song is so powerful that we have to constantly remind ourselves that we shouldn't rely on the expectations & opinions of others and just be yourself & just stay true to who you are and what you want to be!
