Diamond Armani is an R&B, Funk/Soul, pop and hip hop singer and songwriter from Jackson, Mississippi. The unique style and tone of her voice instantly causes her to stand out. She is very versatile in her musical works, being able to switch from soprano notes to rap flows. She has been writing since the age of 7. Gaining reach is nothing new to Diamond. During her freshman year of college in 2019 she started her own small business; a women's boutique! She also began doing website designs and graphics for e-commerce brands which led her to not only work with consumers, but build B2B relationships with other companies around the world.

'Soul Ties' is a song that can relate to those who have experienced difficulty after a breakup, explores the emotional journey of letting go of a past relationship while also showing the resilience and courage to move forward and has a valence and a melodic rhythm that will stay with you long after the song is off. For this single a black and white theme was chosen. White represents the purity of a heart while black represents the darkness that comes after damage has been done to the heart.

What do I think about the single:

The song is so beautiful, I love how the instrumental is like an upbeat melody and the meaning behind the song is relatable in a way that it can be a part of someone’s playlist that has a lot of meaningful and relatable songs.
