Exploring the Rhythm of Life: My Journey as a Music Enthusiast

Where should I begin? My musical journey started when I first listened to my first ever CD on a CD Player, Mini Pop Kids (specifically Mini Pop Kids 3). Since then, music has become an integral part of my daily life. I've learned to play various instruments, including the piano, violin, ukulele, guitar, and even the flute (though only for one semester in high school).

Life offered many paths, especially in music. By July 2021, I began writing articles for fun on my first music publication: Kristine's Music Reviews (which was started out at the end of my grade 10 year heading into my grade 11 year), and as soon as I released that publication, I started getting emails and DMs asking if I can post a feature of a new song.

FUN FACT: My first ever interview/review was for Toronto-based singer-songwriter Lina Araya's debut single 'F.A.N'.

And during that same time, I wrote for three other publications; Musaholic Magazine, Addict Zine, and Toothpaste Zine as a collaborative/contributor writer. Where I had published editorials and reviews on upcoming songs

But by August 2023, I had to stop posting for my first publication due to school and scheduling, but by Mid-March 2024, I rebranded my first publication to be renamed as Grooving with K, and since then... my life has flipped upside down! I attended press conferences (hosted and moderated by Universal Music Group's °1824) to even getting more emails from PR asking if I can set up a short feature for some musicians.
