About Internet Tears:

Internet Tears is a rising indie-pop band based in Connecticut, Internet Tears is composed of Daniel Louis (lead/vocals), Zack Apuzzo (Drums), Esteban Rivera (bass guitar), and Chris Strachan (lead guitar). They incorporate nostalgic nods to pop-rock, synth-punk and synth-wave bands from the '80s and '90s. They are influenced by acts like Neon Trees, and The 1975. Lyrically, they explore themes, such as self-empowerment and relationships, providing listeners with access to revealing and deep personal confessions. They dropped their self-titled debut EP in 2021, following the project's release with a variety of popular singles - "Over Me?" and "Okay (feat. Smerkk)"

About 'I Want You":

This single follows the success of Internet Tears' previous single 'Death & His Friends' (released March 1). This song captures the thrill of having a crush, which was created through Daniel Louis' personal dating experiences.

What I Thought about the single:

Compared to their previous single 'Death & His Friends', 'I Want You' is a type of song that you can listen to when you need something to relate to (if you have been in a relationship).
